A Day in Rochester

A little rain will never stop me from doing the things that are important in my life. It should come as no secret, I love having brunch, shopping, and enjoying family time with one of my favorite cousins, Patricia. So when she suggested this cute little place in downtown Rochester Hills, I was ready. Rochester Brunch House is apparently the happening spot on a Monday morning at eleven am. This cute and chic resturant was fabulous from the entrance, down to the friendly wait staff, you all know I love a room with chandeliers and plenty of light. Being a lifestyle blogger, I look for the beauty in every detail, whether it’s a place or a person. After we finished our scrumptious chicken & waffles and indulged in some great avocado toast, we headed up the block for some shopping. Finding Talulah Belle, the perfect store that housed everything I love and then some. The lay out and all the touches of fashion made my day. We indulged in liquor infused chocolates from SugarFina, tried on some cute bracelets from local designers and browsed through a few fashion books. After our 45 minute visit we ended up with some scotch and rum tooth picks as a gift for the Mr. from Patricia and I “giving is great for the soul.” Stay happy and enjoy life Fashion Savvy Junkies.
